Section 3 Workforce

We are conducting outreach in compliance with HUD regulations (24 CFR Part 75) to identify individuals who may qualify as Section 3 or Targeted Section 3 Workers. The goal of Section 3 is to ensure that employment and training opportunities from HUD-funded projects are made available to low-income and very low-income individuals, especially those living in public housing or the project area.

Please note: Completing the Section 3 Eligibility Form does not guarantee employment or training. This form is used only to determine whether you meet the federal eligibility criteria. If you qualify, we may contact you with information about available opportunities and next steps.
